Furniture baking booths are typically used for spraying and curing product paints. Without professional-grade paint applied in a proper baking booth, the paint is prone to easily peeling off and exhibits poor adhesion. Many auto repair shops often skip this crucial step, leaving inexperienced workers unaware that the freshly applied paint may start fading—or even flaking off—within just a few days. **Automotive Painting Workflow:** During automotive painting, external air is first filtered through a primary filter before being delivered into the booth via a fan. It then passes through a secondary filtration system at the ceiling, ensuring clean, purified air enters the workspace. Inside the booth, air circulation follows a downward flow at a controlled speed of 0.2–0.3 m/s. This design prevents paint mist particles from lingering in the air, allowing them to be efficiently exhausted through bottom-mounted vents. The continuous air recirculation process maintains an air cleanliness level of over 98%, while the pressurized airflow around the vehicle helps remove excess paint, thereby maximizing paint quality. In contrast, if painting is conducted outdoors without a dedicated baking booth, the final finish quality will inevitably suffer significantly. When baking, adjust the damper to the curing position, activating the hot-air circulation mode. The temperature inside the booth quickly rises to the preset drying range (55°C–60°C). Fresh air drawn in by the compressor undergoes initial filtration, followed by heat exchange with a thermal energy converter before entering the upper air chamber of the booth. After a second round of purification, the heated air circulates internally, with only minimal fresh air intake. Most of the warm air is continuously reheated and reused, gradually raising the booth’s internal temperature until it reaches the set point. Once the target temperature is achieved, the burner automatically shuts off. When the temperature drops below the preset level, the burner and fan restart automatically, maintaining a stable, consistent temperature throughout the baking process. **Precautions for Using a Baking Booth:** 1. Before starting the spraying process, always verify that the spray pressure is within the normal range and ensure the filtration system remains clean. 2. Regularly inspect the air compressor and oil-water separator to keep the spray hoses free from contaminants. 3. Store spray guns, hoses, and paint mixing containers in a clean, dust-free environment. 4. Except for using a blow gun and lint-free cloths to remove surface dust, all pre-spray procedures must be completed outside the baking booth. 5. The baking booth should only be used for spraying and baking operations. The booth door can only be opened when vehicles are entering or exiting. When opening the door, make sure to activate the booth’s air circulation system to maintain positive pressure, preventing outdoor dust from infiltrating the interior. 6. Always wear designated spray suits and appropriate safety protective gear before entering the booth for operation. 7. During the baking process, remove all flammable materials from inside the booth to minimize fire hazards. 8. Non-essential personnel are strictly prohibited from entering the baking booth.
