The working principle of eco-friendly furniture spray booths

This ensures that any residual paint mist particles are efficiently captured and immediately expelled through the bottom exhaust vents—preventing them from lingering in the air. This continuous, cyclical process keeps the air inside the booth purer than 98%, while the pressurized incoming air creates a steady airflow around the booth. This not only helps remove excess overspray but also significantly enhances the overall quality of the painting process. During the baking phase, simply adjust the switch to set the desired temperature. The oven quickly heats up to the pre-programmed drying temperature (ranging from 50°C to 75°C), after which the baking cycle begins. Once the preset time is reached, the oven automatically shuts down, marking the end of the baking process.
