Preparation for the Da Liang Alignment Instrument
I. Preparing to Enter the Work Area 1. When entering the sheet metal work area with a vehicle, ensure you are properly equipped with protective eyewear, gloves, work attire, and work boots. 2. The pneumatic-hydraulic oil pump must be connected to an external air supply at a pressure of 0.8 MPa, and an oil-water separator must also be installed. II. Upper and Lower Operation Procedures 1. When loading the vehicle onto the work platform, align it squarely with the platform and guide it smoothly up the ramp using dedicated personnel stationed at the front end of the platform. 2. To unload the vehicle, slowly lower the platform back to the ground, allowing the vehicle to roll off safely down the ramp. III. Vehicle Securing Guidelines 1. For frameless vehicles, securely fasten the vehicle’s side skirt sections by tightening the clamps and securing the bolts. 2. For vehicles with a chassis frame, firmly clamp and bolt the car’s main beams in place. 3. If strong tension is required, use chain-anchoring devices on the opposite side of the intended stretch direction to stabilize the vehicle body. 4. Ensure that all vehicle clamps are positioned at the same height before finalizing the securement, to avoid misalignment and ensure accurate measurements. IV. Stretching Procedure 1. During body correction and stretching operations, technicians must avoid standing directly in the path of the stretching force to prevent injuries caused by loose chains or sheet metal tools. 2. Hydraulic hoses must remain straight, free from compression or direct heat exposure during operation, adhering strictly to hydraulic system guidelines. 3. Monitor the stretching pressure closely throughout the process to prevent excessive force that could damage equipment or injure personnel. V. Daily Equipment Maintenance Tasks 1. After completing operations, neatly organize the equipment and its accessories, clean them thoroughly, and return them to their designated storage locations. 2. Inspect chains and sheet metal tool attachments for cracks or damage; promptly repair or replace any damaged components. 3. Replace hydraulic oil within the first three months of use to maintain optimal system performance. 4. Routinely check the work platform and the tightening mechanisms on the circular stretching tower, documenting all maintenance activities regularly.
