The painting process of powder coating equipment

Industrial high-temperature drying chambers are used as high-temperature paint-baking equipment for medium- and small-sized mechanical devices. Below are the key features of these high-temperature paint-baking rooms: The temperature must be precise and highly accurate. Thanks to the unique air duct system and advanced electronic control mechanisms, the equipment ensures uniform temperature distribution throughout the entire room. An environmentally friendly automotive paint-baking room is a specialized device designed for spraying and baking car paints. During operation, it employs mechanical control, which not only saves space but also makes it exceptionally convenient to use. Moreover, the paint-baking room enables efficient forced drying of both primer and topcoats, significantly speeding up the workflow while enhancing both productivity and coating quality. Below is a detailed explanation of how the automotive paint-baking room operates: When spraying paint, external air first passes through a primary filter before being delivered to the ceiling by a fan. It then undergoes a second round of filtration and purification via a top-mounted filter before entering the room. Inside the room, air flows downward in a fully laminar pattern at a controlled speed of 0.2–0.3 m/s. This ensures that any residual paint mist particles do not linger in the air—instead, they are swiftly expelled directly through the bottom exhaust vents. This continuous circulation process maintains an air cleanliness level exceeding 98% within the room. Additionally, the incoming air is pressurized, creating a stable airflow around the vehicle that effectively removes excess paint droplets. As a result, the quality of the spray job is maximized. During the baking process, the damper is adjusted to the "bake" position, initiating a hot-air circulation cycle. The temperature inside the chamber rapidly rises to the preset drying range (55°C–60°C). Fresh air from outside is initially filtered before being directed into the upper air chamber of the bake room, where it exchanges heat with the thermal energy converter. After undergoing a second stage of filtration and purification, the heated air circulates back into the room via the internal damper system. Notably, while some fresh air is introduced, the majority of the hot air is continuously recirculated, ensuring maximum efficiency in heat utilization. Once the set temperature is reached, the burner automatically shuts off. When the temperature drops below the preset level, both the fan and burner restart automatically, maintaining a consistently stable temperature inside the bake room. Finally, when the predetermined baking time is complete, the system automatically powers down, signaling the end of the painting and baking process.
