Precautions for Using Curing Booth Curing Lamps
The baking lamps used in paint booths are infrared lamps, also known as carbon fiber heating tubes. Carbon fiber heating tubes utilize infrared radiation for heating. Always maintain the cleanliness of the spray booth and paint booth at all times—ensure the surrounding environment is spotless. 2. Install the lamps horizontally only, and never perform maintenance or repairs while they’re still energized. 3. Only qualified professionals should operate the equipment; unauthorized personnel must stay out of the paint booth. 4. During painting operations, avoid spraying any paint mist or overspray directly onto the lamp unit. 5. While the equipment is running, ensure someone is present to supervise. Once the process is complete, make sure all switches are reset to the "off" position. 6.
