This is how their car paint booth and spray booth are actually maintained—here's the secret...

When it comes to daily maintenance, we must pay close attention to the upkeep of the paint booth's environmental protection equipment. Proper maintenance not only extends the lifespan of the paint booth but also ensures optimal performance. Here are some essential cleaning and inspection tasks you should perform regularly: 1. Clean the interior walls, glass surfaces, and floor base daily to prevent dust and paint particles from accumulating. 2. Weekly, clean the air intake dust filter and check the exhaust dust filter for clogs. If you notice an unexplained increase in cabin pressure, it’s crucial to replace the exhaust dust filter promptly. 3. Replace the floor base dust-filtering fiber cotton every 150 hours of operation. 4. Replace the air intake dust filter every 300 hours of operation. 5. Monthly, clean the floor water tray and thoroughly flush the diesel filter installed on the burner. 6. Every quarter, inspect the drive belts of the intake and exhaust fans to ensure they’re neither loose nor worn. 7. Every six months, conduct a comprehensive cleaning of the entire paint booth’s environmental protection system and its floor base. This includes checking the circulating air damper, inspecting the bearings of the intake and exhaust fans, examining the combustion chamber’s flue ducts, removing sediment buildup from the oil tank, and reapplying the water-based protective coating across the booth. Additionally, the top cotton layer of the environmental equipment should be replaced annually. If you consistently follow these guidelines and maintain the equipment properly, operating the paint booth will become smoother and more efficient, allowing you to complete your projects with precision while delivering flawless spray finishes. The paint booth’s environmental protection system works by drawing in airborne paint mist through the booth’s ventilation system. The mist is then filtered via a water curtain and hydrocyclone plates within the mist purifier, before being separated from water in a gas-liquid separator. Finally, the cleaned air is safely discharged, while the collected waste paint settles at the bottom of the storage tank and water reservoir.
