The best results from a paint booth can be achieved by regularly performing the following cleaning tasks.
To maintain the optimal performance of your paint booth during daily upkeep, be sure to regularly perform the following cleaning and inspection tasks: 1. Clean the interior lead pencils, glass surfaces, and floor base daily to prevent dust and paint residue from accumulating. 2. Weekly, clean the air intake dust filter and inspect the exhaust dust filter for clogs. If you notice an unexplained increase in cabin pressure, replace the exhaust dust filter immediately. 3. Replace the floor base dust-filtering fiber cotton every 150 hours of operation. 4. Replace the air intake dust filter every 300 hours of operation. 5. Monthly, clean the floor basin and thoroughly wash the diesel filter installed on the burner. 6. Every quarter, check whether the drive belts of the intake and exhaust fans are loose or worn. 7.
