Operation Procedures and Management Methods for Paint Booths
Regarding the safe operation and management standards for automotive paint booths, we broadly categorize them into two main types: **I. Painting Procedure:** 1. Turn on the main power switch and activate the indoor lighting. 2. Once the car painting preparation is complete, press the spray button to start spraying. 3. Set the desired painting temperature using the dedicated temperature control button. 4. Regularly monitor the booth’s internal temperature and adjust it as needed based on current weather conditions, ensuring compliance with the specified process temperatures. 5. If the temperature drops below the recommended level, use the booth’s temperature adjustment button to raise it, then turn on the fuel switch. 6. If the temperature exceeds the average optimal range for the paint being used, the painter should adjust the paint-to-thinner ratio accordingly to achieve the best results. 7. After finishing the painting process, remove any unnecessary items from the booth, turn off the lighting, and when painting is not required, switch off the main power supply. **II. Baking Procedure:** 1. After completing the painting stage, press the stop button to turn off the lighting. 2. Flip the baking operation switch to the "off" position, then toggle the timer switch to "off." 3. Press the baking button to set the desired baking temperature. 4. Adjust the timing knob to the required duration for the baking process. 5. Within a few seconds, the booth will automatically begin heating; once combustion starts, the painter may leave safely. 6. Finally, return the baking operation switch, timer switch, and baking button to their original positions for painting mode, move the vehicle out of the booth, and shut down the main power supply.
