What are the functions and features of a water-based polishing booth?
A water-based sanding booth is a wash-type filtration system designed for sanding or polishing operations. During these processes, airborne dust particles are drawn into the booth's dust-collection chamber by the powerful suction of high-volume fans. Inside the dust-collection chamber, multiple high-pressure spray nozzles are installed to evenly distribute water mist, causing the dust-laden air to coalesce into heavier clumps that eventually settle as sludge and drain into a collection trough below.
