What are the characteristics of the exhaust gases produced by car painting booths?

1. Intermittent operation: After one car is sprayed and baked, it’s replaced by another. There’s a gap between the application of primer and topcoat, as well as between vehicle changes. These features indicate that the purification equipment is used immediately.

3. With high air volume and low concentration, automotive paint spraying demands a relatively high gas flow rate on the painted surface. Therefore, although the amount of paint used isn’t large, the air volume setting remains significant.

5. When installing VOCs purification equipment for the paint booth, consider factors such as space and power requirements, and ensure it can effectively replace the existing old equipment in its original location.
