On-Site Visit to the QX Spray Booth Factory: Face-to-Face Interaction with Paraguayan Clients

We extend a warm welcome to our Paraguayan clients visiting the QX spray booth factory; an on-site tour is far more convincing than mere photos! Established in 2009, our company has long focused on the R&D and manufacturing of spray booths and possesses a mature production management system in the coating industry. Currently, QX products are exported to over 80 countries and regions worldwide. This visit has strengthened the clients' trust in QX, led to a preliminary consensus on future cooperation, and signals the continued expansion of QX spray booths in the South American coating market.

We met the clients at the factory entrance and immediately escorted them to the automotive spray booth showroom. The clients personally operated various functions of the spray booth, experiencing the internal airflow speed, filtration system, and the heating rate of the curing lamps. Meanwhile, the QX manager provided detailed explanations of component functions, helping the clients gain a deeper understanding of the spray booth's operating principles.

After the demonstration of the spray booth's functions, the clients showed keen interest in our manufacturing workflow for spray booth components. We then guided them to tour the organized production lines for our coating equipment. First, we showed them workers using machinery to assist in cutting, bending, and grinding raw materials. Wearing professional protective gear and gloves, the workers operated safely while the QX manager explained each production step.

Next, we passed through the storage area, which housed numerous spray booths—tested and packaged—destined for clients in various countries. We introduced these to the clients one by one, showcasing our company's robust capabilities and fostering a deeper understanding of our operations. Following pre-treatment, the process moves to powder coating and curing. The QX factory features an integrated system comprising a grinding area and a high-temperature curing oven, separated by a partition wall. Surface treatment takes place in the grinding/powder coating room on the left, after which workpieces can be moved directly to the high-temperature curing oven on the right. This setup significantly reduces material handling time and boosts production efficiency. After a comprehensive presentation of the spray booth production process, the clients gained a deeper understanding of the QX spray booth factory and increased their trust in our company—laying a solid foundation for future project collaboration.
