The project is located in Bhutan. Previously, the client used a traditional, homemade, and rudimentary spray painting booth for furniture production. Although the operating cost of this booth was low, the simple equipment made it difficult to control workshop safety, furniture quality, and production efficiency. Toxic paint fumes generated during the painting process accumulated in the air and could not be effectively purified or discharged, continuously affecting the health and safety of workshop workers. Meanwhile, furniture orders continued to increase. As a result, the client planned to introduce professional spray painting equipment to expand the production line, improve product quality, and address these challenges.
After conducting in-depth research and reviewing QX Spray Painting Factory’s international cooperation cases, the client highly recognized the company’s project experience and technical capabilities. Ultimately, a cooperation agreement was reached.
QX Spray Painting Room R&D experts responded promptly to the customer’s requirements. Given the furniture manufacturing industry’s high standards for clean and dust-free working environments, the spray painting room design focused on efficient filtration and purification systems, as well as scientifically optimized airflow patterns. This ensured that excess paint mist could be treated promptly and discharged outdoors, providing a safe, controllable, and environmentally friendly furniture production environment.
Furniture Painting Booth
External dimensions: 8500 × 8000 × 3200 mm (length × width × height)
Internal dimensions: 8400 × 7900 × 2650 mm (length × width × height). The internal height can be adjusted to keep the wall panels of the painting room and the drying room at the same height.
Doors: One set of double doors, 2300 × 2200 mm (width × height), aluminum alloy door frame with a glass observation window
Infrared oven heating system: 24 ovens in total, one oven per group; temperature range: 40–50 °C
Lighting system: Top light box equipped with explosion-proof lighting
Blower curtain: The blower curtain activates when the indoor door is opened
Customized Water Curtain Spray Booth
External dimensions: 8500 × 4600 × 4200 mm (length × width × height)
Internal dimensions: 6900 × 4500 × 2650 mm (length × width × height)
Wall panels / ceiling: 50 mm foam board and 0.476 mm color steel plate, overall white finish
Front entrance doors: Two sets of double doors with aluminum alloy door frames and glass observation windows
Lighting system: Standard LED lighting tubes
Air circulation system: Top iron box air intake fan and explosion-proof centrifugal exhaust fan
Water curtain system: Two layers of stainless steel water curtains; water pool equipment with secondary spraying for waterproof treatment
Purification system: Filter cotton at the air intake fan; internal high-efficiency top filter cotton (stainless steel cotton frame with powder-coated anti-rust treatment); paint mist filter cotton
The QX spray painting booth supplier responded to the Bhutanese customer’s request to upgrade the furniture painting factory.
