The factory established by the German client is dedicated to the production of large-scale hydraulic machinery. To achieve more flexible and safer production, the client decided to introduce a set of retractable spray booths and standard 20,000 CFM environmental protection equipment into the workshop.

This project is located in Germany. The client is engaged in the coating of large-scale hydraulic machinery. They have their own factory and a fixed spray booth production line locally. Due to the large size variations and complex structures of hydraulic machinery, the fixed spray booths often encounter issues such as limited space and insufficient airflow during actual operation. This not only affects the normal working efficiency of the workshop but may also lead to non-compliance with emission standards.
To address the challenges of painting large-scale hydraulic machinery, the client decided to introduce a flexible and retractable spray booth into the workshop. At the same time, to ensure that workshop emissions meet environmental standards, they installed standard 20,000 m³/h environmental protection equipment, increasing the exhaust gas purification efficiency to over 98%.
Flexible Adjustable Spray Booth
Overall dimensions: 6000 × 5350 × 3050 mm (width includes exhaust fan cabinet)

Entry and exit doors: Flame-retardant and corrosion-resistant PVC doors
Booth structure: Made of high-strength, high-density industrial polyester breathable fiber fabric, thickness 0.8 mm
Air system: Explosion-proof centrifugal fan
Internal configuration: 12 electrostatic anti-static filter bags and 2 silencers
Dust Collection Cabinet
Dimensions: 4000 × 1000 × 2200 mm
Equipped with 16 high-density dust removal filters (each: 325 × 900 mm)
