Automotive Sanding Booth for a Client in Liberia
A client in Liberia engaged in automotive repair has seen its business expand significantly. Its existing simple, open-plan sanding area can no longer effectively control the dust generated during vehicle body repair and surface preparation prior to painting. To address this, the client has decided to invest in a professional automotive sanding booth, aiming to safeguard worker health and improve the quality of surface preparation on vehicle bodies.

This project is located in Liberia. The client has been operating in the automotive repair and refinishing industry for over a decade. As their repair business has expanded, the existing open-plan, rudimentary sanding area has proven inadequate for containing the dust generated during vehicle body repair and pre-painting surface preparation. The current ventilation and filtration system suffers from significantly degraded efficiency, failing to extract dust in a timely manner — a situation that contaminates the workshop environment, compromises paint finish quality, and poses health risks to operators. Furthermore, the aging lighting system lacks sufficient brightness, making it difficult to detect surface defects promptly and leading to higher rework rates. In addition, the outdated electrical equipment is energy-inefficient, noisy, and presents various safety hazards. Given that the current overall production efficiency and sanding precision no longer meet modern repair standards, the client has decided to install a dedicated automotive sanding booth. This solution will ensure efficient dust removal, safeguard worker health, improve the quality of surface preparation, and create a cleaner, more standardized, and more professional workshop environment.
