This project is located in Saudi Arabia. The client operates in the industrial painting sector, focusing on items such as automotive components and small mechanical parts. ·Wall panels: 50 mm rock wool sandwich panels with 0.526 mm-thick color-coated steel; roof panels of galvanized steel. Wall panels are white; the three main entrance doors are red.
·Configuration (facing the main entrance): mechanical unit cabinet on the right; personnel access door on the right.
·Three-fold main entrance door dimensions: 2830 × 2600 mm (W × H)
·Personnel access door dimensions: 700 × 1800 mm (W × H)
·Ventilation system: two 4 kW YDW4.5L1 centrifugal supply fans and one 5.5 kW YDW centrifugal exhaust fan.
·Heating system: diesel-heated; includes one Riello G20 diesel burner, one high-efficiency stainless steel heat exchanger, one actuator, one fuel tank, and a fuel tank stand.
·Baking temperature: 50–60 °C (maximum temperature: 70 °C).
·Overhead lighting: 32 explosion-proof LED light tubes; light fixtures equipped with internal reflectors.
·Ceiling filter frame: powder-coated galvanized steel.
·Floor structure: 5 rows of floor grates.
·Filtration system: primary filter, high-efficiency filter media, paint mist filter media, and granular activated carbon.
·Control panel: intelligent LCD touchscreen with an emergency stop switch and a master control switch for all systems.
·Voltage: 380 V, 60 Hz, 3-phase.
