This project is located in the Netherlands. The client has long operated a traditional furniture painting factory in the region. For many years, the second-hand furniture market in the Netherlands has held a significant share, forming a mature and highly active large-scale market. Therefore, furniture coating manufacturers pay more attention to innovative painting processes when refurbishing second-hand furniture, ensuring that both the aesthetics and durability meet higher standards.
As a result, the client conducted an online search and eventually found the QX spray booth factory, one of the earlier enterprises in China engaged in the research and manufacturing of coating equipment. They then established initial contact with us.
After understanding the issues in the client’s traditional production line—such as low production efficiency and inconsistent coating quality—we promptly customized a highly adaptable water curtain coating solution. This solution not only improved production efficiency and coating quality, but also effectively controlled dust dispersion within the workshop, creating a cleaner and safer working environment. As a result, the client’s competitiveness in the furniture coating market was further enhanced.
Details of the Furniture Water Curtain Painting Room

Inlet fan system: Air volume of 1500 cubic meters per hour
Exhaust fan system: Centrifugal fan, equipped with a frequency converter installed at the rear end
Filter system: Primary filter cotton at the air inlet, high-efficiency filter cotton at the ceiling, and paint mist filter cotton in the painting area
Water curtain system with water tank: Size 4000 × 2000 × 2200 mm, full stainless steel structure equipped with a secondary water curtain device
Electrical control box system: Manual button operation, main power switch, built-in emergency stop safety system, and flexible multi-language switching function
