Product Description
This project is located in Libya, where the client operates a facility specializing in the coating of automotive parts and machinery. The client traveled to Guangzhou, China, to source a spray booth manufacturer, seeking a complete automotive spray booth system to upgrade their workshop's component coating capabilities. This automotive spray booth, purchased from the QX factory, utilizes an electric heating system.
Details are as follows:
External dimensions: 7000 × 5500 × 3300 mm (L × W × H)
Internal dimensions: 6900 × 3900 × 2650 mm (L × W × H)
Frame structure: Wall panels consist of 50mm foam insulation sandwiched between 0.426mm-thick color-coated steel sheets; roof panels are made of galvanized steel (all-white wall panels; red folding main doors).
Layout (facing the main doors): The air handling unit and personnel access door are located on the right side.
Main door dimensions: 2830 × 2600 mm (W × H); personnel door dimensions: 700 × 1700 mm (W × H).
Air system:
(1) Intake: Equipped with two specialized centrifugal fans (Model: YDW4.5L1-4kW).
(2) Exhaust: Equipped with one specialized centrifugal fan (Model: YDW5.0A-5.5kW).
Heating system: Infrared heating; features 10 groups of 3 halogen heating tubes (30 tubes total); includes micro-switches and supports independent switching.
Overhead lighting: 8 groups of 4 tubes (32 tubes total; standard LED tubes).
Ceiling filter framework: Formed from high-quality bent galvanized steel; the filter support grid is made of powder-coated galvanized steel.
Load-bearing system: 30 floor grating panels; includes 4 additional reinforced vertical support columns.
Electronic components: LCD touchscreen control system (English interface); includes built-in safety and electric spark protection systems.
Four-stage filtration system: Primary intake filter; 650G high-efficiency ceiling filter; exhaust system featuring flame-retardant fiberglass paint mist filter media and a three-layer activated carbon purification unit.
Water-based paint system: One set of 3D-adjustable mobile curing lamps.
