Product Description
This project is located in Saudi Arabia. The client has established a factory specializing in car maintenance, new car sales, used car refurbishment and processing, as well as the production and sales of mechanical parts. Due to local environmental conditions—such as intense ultraviolet radiation and frequent sandstorms—the exterior and mechanical components of vehicles are highly susceptible to damage. This accelerates overall vehicle aging and shortens service life. As a result, cars require regular maintenance, and the local automotive painting market is experiencing steady growth.
To address these environmental challenges and meet stable consumer demand, the client plans to introduce a dedicated spray booth for high-hardness paint applications. This will enhance vehicles’ resistance to airborne dust and ultraviolet radiation. At the same time, the client aims to expand the range of spray-painting processes in order to meet consumers’ diverse automotive design needs.
Through the company website, the customer learned that QX Spray Booth Factory has extensive experience in customizing spray booths and can flexibly respond to challenges in different operating environments.
