This project is located in Saudi Arabia. The client is involved in the production and sale of handicrafts that require a highly controlled painting environment. They already operate a complete local coating production line. Recently, due to increasing workshop production demands, the existing spray booth was no longer able to meet the long-term requirements for high-quality painting. To improve overall production capacity and coating quality, the client researched current trends in the spray booth industry online and conducted comparisons among several manufacturers. After a comprehensive evaluation, they chose to cooperate with QX Spray Booth Factory for this project. The client ultimately purchased a complete industrial spray booth system from QX, including a customized water curtain spray booth and a high-temperature drying booth.
Customized Water Curtain Spray Booth
• Internal dimensions: 7950 × 5000 × 3000 mm
• External dimensions: 8050 × 8000 × 3550 mm
• Front-opening door: Powder-coated aluminum alloy with rust protection and observation window
• Lighting system: 40 LED tubes mounted on the top
• Filtration system: Primary filter cotton, high-efficiency ceiling filter, and paint mist filter layer
• Water curtain system: 2 units, all made of stainless steel
Industrial High-Temperature Drying Booth (Diesel-Heated)
• Internal dimensions: 6700 × 3000 × 2500 mm
• External dimensions: 6900 × 4900 × 2900 mm
• Structure: Walls, roof, and floor made of 100 mm thick rock wool panels; two transport rails installed at the base for easy movement of workpieces
• Heating system: Liralu RL44 diesel burner, stainless steel heat exchanger, fuel tank, high-temperature fan
Temperature range: Adjustable from 40°C to 300°C
• Control system: Manual electrical control box with English interface
