Guinea Diesel Spray Painting Workshop in Senegal
Product Description
This project is located in Senegal. The customer has extensive experience in vehicle maintenance and secondary paint processing. On this occasion, they traveled to China to purchase a complete set of spray booth production line equipment to support the construction of their new auto repair factory.
Through a friend’s recommendation, the customer visited the QX spray booth manufacturing facility. An export manager from QX accompanied them throughout the visit and provided a full introduction. First, the customer toured the spray booth sample workshop as well as other automotive repair equipment workshops.
We provided the customer with detailed explanations of the application scenarios for different spray booth models and various repair tools, helping them gain a deeper understanding of the equipment. The export manager then demonstrated the automation features of the spray booth, including temperature settings, real-time production monitoring through the intelligent control system, and the ability to customize operating modes based on different requirements. The system was easy to operate and ensured optimal coating results. The customer also experienced the latest intelligent spray booth system independently developed by QX and expressed high recognition of our products and services.
Later, the foreign trade manager invited the customer to visit the production workshop to observe the strict and standardized manufacturing and assembly processes of the QX factory. The manager explained that every stage—from raw material procurement and quality inspection to component processing, assembly, and final factory inspection—is carried out in strict accordance with professional production standards. At the same time, the customer was shown spray booth products ordered by other overseas clients. These products have completed final functional testing, reached optimal operating conditions, and are ready for shipment at any time.
