When traditional production methods can no longer meet the fast-paced production demands of your workshop, the portable car paint booth provides more flexible working options. It is easy to install and features a modular design that allows for disassembly at any time. The process can be flexibly adjusted to accommodate different painting requirements of the workpieces, helping the workshop achieve high-quality production goals while complying with strict environmental management requirements.
This is a custom-built paint booth for an automotive components customer in Bangladesh, equipped with a working platform (customized with five rows of full grilles), guardrails, and an up-vehicle ramp.
The specific details are as follows:
The wall panels and ceiling panels are made of 50 mm thick rock wool insulation. The color steel plates have a thickness of 0.526 mm. The rock wool density is 120 kg/m³, and all panels are white in color.
Internal dimensions: 6500 × 5400 × 2600 mm
·External dimensions: 6600 × 7000 × 3450 mm
·Door structure: Two sets of white doors. The front and rear doors measure 4400 × 2300 mm (W × H) and consist of four flat-folding panels, equipped with an internal lock rod and an external handle.
·Right-side working door dimensions: 800 × 2000 mm (excluding the bottom working step).
·Right-side cabinet: The cabinet body is constructed from double-layer galvanized steel sheets with rock wool insulation sandwiched between them, and the surface is powder-coated.
·LED lighting: 32 energy-saving LED light tubes.
·Under-cabinet lighting: 6 sets. The light boxes are embedded in the wall panels, and all light box glass is made of tempered glass.
·Observation windows: One observation window is installed on each of the left and right walls of the paint booth.
·Filtration system: High-efficiency filtration (stainless steel cotton frame), an environmental protection cabinet with three layers of activated carbon, paint mist filtration cotton, and a primary filtration system.
·Centrifugal inlet fans: Model YDW4.5AL1-4KW, 2 units.
·Exhaust fan: Model YDW6.0A-7.5KW, 1 unit, equipped with two straight ducts and one curved duct, and four vehicle boards.
·Heating system: Hot air fan rated at 18 kW per unit, ensuring the indoor temperature is maintained between 25–28°C.
·Control panel: LCD touch screen. The electrical control box is equipped with Schneider electrical components, all displayed in English (no Chinese characters).
This portable car paint booth has been exported to Bangladesh and has received positive recognition and satisfaction from the customer.
