Industrial Sanding Booth with Dust Collection System
The integrated sanding cabinet and spray booth system consists of four sanding cabinets, enabling simultaneous multi-station sanding and painting operations. Two high-durability tracks—spanning the length of the facility and extending between the front and rear aluminum alloy roller doors—are installed in the floor to support the transport of large, heavy workpieces, thereby minimizing the risk of damage caused by manual handling. The interior is equipped with a high-grade industrial filtration system and an explosion-proof safety system, providing a secure, stable, clean, and highly efficient environment for workshop production and coating operations.
Spray Painting Room System
Work Doors: Roller shutter doors with aluminum frames are installed at both the front and rear.
Personnel Door: 700 × 1800 mm (equipped with a high-strength lock and a tempered glass window)
Wall Structure: 75 mm thick Class A non-toxic, non-combustible rock wool panels (δ = 0.526 mm double-color steel sheets)
Ceiling Frame Structure: 50 × 50 mm galvanized square tubes
Ceiling Filter Frame: Galvanized steel sheet (filled with high-efficiency filter cotton)
Ceiling Lighting: 16 sets × 3 lamps = 48 lamps, 18W explosion-proof LED tubes
Side Lighting: 16 sets of 40W explosion-proof lamp tubes
Air Supply System: Natural air intake from the top, equipped with a total of 4 fans and primary filter cotton
Exhaust System: 8 explosion-proof centrifugal fans

Dust Collection System: 48 anti-static filter bags
