Custom Large-Scale Spray Booth Project in Vietnam This project is located in Vietnam. The client specializes in the manufacturing and painting of large machinery and buses. Due to a surge in orders this year, the client decided to expand its production line and improve painting efficiency by installing two large bus spray booths in its workshop.
Introduced by a friend, the client contacted us, QX Spray Booths, a Chinese manufacturer with over 20 years of industry experience. After reviewing our past projects from various countries, the client gained a preliminary understanding of our capabilities. Upon receiving their detailed requirements for the workshop upgrade, we promptly designed and proposed a solution featuring two large bus spray booths. Each unit is equipped with a large access door, features a powder-coated finish on the machinery cabinets, and utilizes electrical components compliant with Australian standards.
Details of the first custom large spray booth:
• Internal dimensions: 17,850 x 4,850 x 5,425 (mm) (L x W x H)
• External dimensions: 18,000 x 6,700 x 6,000 (mm) (L x W x H)
• Wall/Roof panels: 75mm thick foam core panels with 0.526mm color-coated steel
• Left-side system: Left machinery cabinet, left control box, and two left-side personnel doors (700 x 1,700 mm)
• Front folding door: 4,000 x 4,800 (mm) plus two blue foam panels • Machinery cabinets: Two units, each with a 5.5kW intake fan system and an 11kW exhaust fan system
• Overhead lighting: 88 lights total; waist-level lights embedded in wall panels
• Ceiling filter frame: Stainless steel
• Filtration system: Pre-filtration, high-efficiency filtration, floor-level paint mist filter media, and an environmental unit with three layers of activated carbon
• Control box: English interface; Schneider Electric components (24V); emergency stop device installed inside the booth

• Internal dimensions: 9,850 x 4,850 x 5,425 (mm) (L x W x H)
• External dimensions: 10,000 x 6,600 x 6,000 (mm) (L x W x H)
• Wall/Roof panels: 75mm thick foam-core panels; 0.526mm thick color-coated steel sheets
• Right-side system: Air handling unit, right-side electrical control box, and one right-side access door (700 x 1,700 mm)
• Front folding doors: 4,000 x 4,800 mm; includes two blue foam-core door panels
• Air handling unit: Two 5.5kW intake fan systems and one 11kW exhaust fan system
• Overhead lighting: 48 ceiling light fixtures; 10 sets of side lights recessed into the wall panels
• Ceiling filter rack: Stainless steel filter rack
• Filtration system: Primary filtration, high-efficiency filtration, paint mist filter media in the floor plenum, and a three-stage activated carbon environmental protection unit
• Control box: English interface; Schneider Electric components (24V); emergency stop button installed inside the spray booth
