Deepening International Cooperation: A Warm Welcome to Our Ethiopian Clients

We were delighted to welcome our clients from Ethiopia for an on-site visit and professional exchange at the QX spray booth manufacturing facility. During the visit, our team of experts guided the clients through various sections of the facility, including the automotive spray booth workshop, the automotive maintenance equipment workshop, the main production floor, and the warehouse. The tour was carefully structured so that, within the limited time available, the clients could gain a comprehensive understanding of QX's overall capabilities and strengths.

In-Depth Look at Spray Booths: From Structural Design to Operational Principles

In the exhibition area for automotive spray booths and maintenance equipment, our experts provided a detailed, hands-on explanation of the structural design and operational principles of our systems. The clients were able to examine key components—such as the airflow circulation system, high-efficiency filtration units, and explosion-proof electrical configurations—gaining a clear, practical understanding of the equipment's performance in paint mist collection and precise temperature control. The clients also expressed high appreciation for the precision engineering and user-centric design details of our supporting automotive maintenance equipment.

Inside the Workshop: Witnessing the Complete Manufacturing Process

Guided by our staff, the clients then toured the production workshop. They observed the entire manufacturing chain—from CNC sheet metal processing of raw materials and the assembly and welding of booth structures to the wiring and installation of electrical systems. Our experts explained the strict process control standards applied at every stage, as well as the rigorous testing and quality inspection procedures conducted before any unit leaves the factory. The organized, systematic management of the workshop and the presence of high-precision processing equipment clearly demonstrated QX's deep manufacturing expertise and robust quality control capabilities.

Finally, in the warehouse, our experts showcased products intended for clients in various other countries, demonstrated how painted components are categorized and stored, and walked the clients through our final packaging and shipping protocols. Inside the warehouse, various components are organized into designated zones based on customer orders and equipment types, with clear labeling. Items ranging from wall and ceiling panels to fans, filter housings, and electrical control units are neatly arranged, facilitating precise picking and dispatch in alignment with project schedules. For the long-distance, cross-border transport of large-scale equipment, our experts highlighted QX's standardized protective measures: wall panel surfaces are covered with a protective film to prevent scratches and stains during transit; corners are fitted with anti-collision guards and reinforced structures to withstand impacts during loading, unloading, and transport-related vibrations; and precision components are individually packed in wooden crates, secured with internal cushioning materials to prevent any contact or damage. This comprehensive protective strategy ensures that the equipment remains free from dents, abrasions, or other damage throughout long-haul, cross-border transit, arriving at the customer's site in pristine condition.

Following the site tour, we moved to a conference room to discuss the specific design plan for the spray booth. Taking into account the high-temperature operating environment in Ethiopia, site-specific conditions, and the customer's actual production capacity requirements, the QX technical team provided an initial design layout and configuration optimization on the spot, helping to further define the design direction for the customer's spray booth.
