**Safety Operating Procedures and Management Standards for Paint Booths:** **I. Painting Procedure:** 1. Turn on the main power switch and activate the indoor lighting. 2. Ensure the vehicle painting preparation is complete, then press the paint spraying button to start. 3. Set the desired paint-baking temperature using the dedicated temperature control button. 4. Monitor the booth temperature closely and adjust it as needed based on current weather conditions, ensuring compliance with the specified process temperatures. 5. If the temperature drops below approximately 20°C, use the temperature control button to raise it to the appropriate level, and simultaneously turn on the fuel switch if necessary. 6. When the temperature exceeds the recommended average paint-baking range, the painter should adjust the paint-to-thinner ratio to achieve optimal results. 7. After completing the painting process, remove any unnecessary items from the booth, turn off the lighting, and when no further painting is required, switch off the main power supply. **II. Baking Procedure:** 1. Once painting is finished, press the stop button to turn off the lighting. 2. Switch off the baking operation switch, then toggle the timer switch to the "off" position. 3. Press the baking button to set the desired temperature for the baking process. 4. Adjust the time setting by rotating the timer knob to the required duration. Note: Each "T" unit represents 20 minutes. 5. After a few seconds, the baking system will automatically activate. Allow the system to run until the burn-in cycle is complete before the painter leaves the booth. 6.
