QX Spray Booth Factory Through the Eyes of a Client from Côte d'Ivoire: Balancing Quality and Efficiency
A client from Côte d'Ivoire was invited to the QX spray booth factory for an on-site visit. The client, who works in the coating industry, visited the QX factory to inspect our coating equipment, production environment, and management processes in preparation for future equipment procurement.
After a successful meeting at the factory, we guided the client through the automotive spray booth workshop and the auto maintenance equipment workshop.
In the spray booth workshop, guided by detailed explanations from QX experts, the client personally operated the control panel to experience airflow velocity, lighting uniformity, and the heating speed of the infrared curing lamps. By personally verifying every detail in real time, the client felt significantly more confident in and satisfied with our products.
Next, we toured the auto maintenance equipment workshop, where the client showed great interest. From car lifts to wheel aligners, the client inquired about the specific functions and details of every piece of equipment. We provided detailed explanations regarding product functions and operational considerations—tailored to specific equipment capabilities and real-world usage scenarios—thereby demonstrating the QX factory's robust capabilities. Through this process, a foundation of mutual trust was gradually established.
Following the detailed presentations on our spray booths and maintenance equipment, we moved to the conference room to discuss specific spray booth solutions. The client outlined their configuration requirements, and we responded immediately by tailoring a professional solution. We look forward to finalizing the project partnership.
