Installation and Use of a Water Curtain Spray Booth?
Installation and Usage:
1. The water curtain spray booth should be installed on a level floor, with horizontal deviations at the left and right ends of the water槽 adjusted to within ±2 mm, and front-to-back horizontal deviations kept within ±5 mm.
2. Add clean water to the sink to a depth of at least 17 centimeters.
3. Power Supply System: The power supply system shall use a three-phase four-wire system. The casings of all power supply equipment must be connected to the power system and provided with redundant grounding, ensuring that the grounding resistance is less than 10Ω.
4. Turn on the water pump (note the rotation direction), adjust the flow rate, and make fine adjustments to the water curtain plate to create an even water screen. If the water screen fails to form a uniform film, you can gently scrub the water curtain plate with laundry detergent to remove any grease from its surface.
5. To prevent the paint liquid from sticking to the side panels of the spray booth and becoming difficult to clean once it hardens, you can apply a small amount of butter to the panels and then cover them with a layer of plastic film for easier cleanup later on.
6. Turn on the fan (note the rotation direction); spraying can be carried out once the workpiece reaches the middle position of the spray booth.
