Successful Deal: Chilean Client Partners with QX Spray Booth Factory
We warmly welcome customers from Chile to visit and inspect Guangzhou Qiangxin Environmental Protection Mechanical and Electrical Equipment Co., Ltd.
The Chilean client is currently seeking a professional spray booth for a mechanical components painting factory. The factory is located in Chile, a country with over 6,400 kilometers of coastline and relatively high air humidity. This natural environment can easily lead to poor coating adhesion, rusting, and a continuous decline in product quality and service life. Therefore, the client decided to visit a spray booth manufacturer in person for an on-site inspection and to select a suitable solution.
Prior to the visit, the Chilean client had detailed online discussions with our spray booth experts, covering key aspects such as the type of coating production line, local environmental conditions, and environmental protection regulations. The specific spray booth design still required further offline confirmation to ensure the smooth progress of the project.
Before the visit, the sales manager arranged the inspection schedule with the client. Upon arrival, we first invited the client to experience QX’s latest automotive spray booth technology. Using the electronic control system, they operated the heating lamps, lighting system, and fan system, allowing them to directly observe the booth’s operating condition and overall performance.
The client also showed strong interest in automotive maintenance equipment. Our sales manager guided them through the equipment showroom, introducing the functions of various tools in detail.
Next, we visited the factory’s production workshop, where QX workers were carrying out spray booth manufacturing in an orderly manner—from raw material cutting and welding to precise machine-assisted bending. Every component of the QX spray booth is carefully manufactured under strict production processes, with each step closely coordinated to ensure excellent configuration, stability, and safety.
After the on-site inspection and an in-depth review of the production and assembly processes, the client expressed high recognition of QX’s overall strength. Ultimately, the client chose to cooperate with QX and purchased an electrically heated automotive spray booth, laying a solid foundation for upgrading and improving the quality of their painting operations.
