Located in Germany, this project involves the painting of large-scale, heavy-duty machinery—including massive hydraulic cylinders, heavy valve bodies, and hydraulic presses. Standard fixed paint booths often prove restrictive due to the sheer size of these workpieces, while handling such heavy components presents significant logistical challenges; frequent movement increases the risk of collisions and surface abrasion. Furthermore, the limited available floor space within the client's workshop precluded the installation of a large permanent fixed paint booth. To address these issues, the client sought a custom-designed retractable paint booth solution. After conducting extensive research, they identified the QX Paint Booth Factory—a recognized leader in custom paint booth solutions. Upon thoroughly analyzing the client's specific requirements, QX engineers designed a flexible, bespoke retractable paint booth system tailored to their needs.
This equipment expands flexibly during operation to create a spacious working area, yet retracts when not in use to minimize its footprint. When expanded, the booth encloses the workpiece, thereby eliminating the need to transport large components over long distances and significantly reducing the risk of damage or abrasion. Within the constraints of limited floor space, this solution optimizes the production workflow and enables a more efficient and convenient painting process.

Internal Dimensions: 5900 × 3500 × 2650 mm
Main Access Door: One set of PVC roller shutter doors, characterized by rapid opening and closing speeds, ease of operation, and low maintenance requirements.
Wall/Ceiling Panels: The booth structure is constructed using specialized high-rigidity industrial polyester material, effectively enhancing the overall structural stability of the enclosure.
