This project is located in Saudi Arabia, where the client has long been engaged in the coating of handicrafts. The products require a high-standard production environment and precise finishing. However, the original spray booth could not meet the increasingly diverse design and configuration demands of the market. Therefore, the client decided to upgrade the workshop’s production system. A customized industrial water curtain spray booth was supplied by QX, which not only improves the working environment but also enhances product quality.

External dimensions: 8050 × 8000 × 3550 mm (L × W × H)
Front-opening door: Powder-coated aluminum alloy with rust protection, equipped with an observation window
Lighting system: 40 LED tubes installed on the top
Filtration system: Primary filter cotton, high-efficiency ceiling filter cotton, and a layer of paint mist filter cotton inside the cabinet
Water curtain system: 2 units, all made of stainless steel
