This project is located in Chile, which has a coastline of over 6,400 kilometers. The local air humidity is relatively high. The client is engaged in the coating production of mechanical parts and has high requirements for the long-term anti-corrosion performance and protective coatings of mechanical components. To improve the quality of the components produced and meet the factory’s actual production needs, the client made an online appointment to visit the QX spray booth factory.
The expert team at QX responded promptly to the client’s request for a factory visit. During the exhibition hall tour, they provided detailed explanations of the fan system, independent heating lamps, booth structure, and electrical control system. Afterwards, both parties proceeded to the production workshop.
In the production department, the client closely observed the entire manufacturing process of the spray booth, from raw material processing to final assembly, including welding, bending, coating, and system commissioning. This demonstrated QX’s strict management system and standardized production processes, further enhancing the client’s confidence in our company. Ultimately, the Chilean client reached a cooperation agreement with QX and purchased a QX2000AB electric heating car spray booth along with an air compressor unit.
