Based in Malaysia, the client has over a decade of experience in the automotive coating industry. As its reputation grew locally—leading to an increasing number of steady clients and orders—the demand for spraying services in its workshop continued to rise. Its existing traditional coating line had been running at full capacity for a long time, leaving little room for increased output. To expand market share, maintain its excellent product quality, and boost local competitiveness, the client decided to add a custom automotive spray and bake booth.
After comparing several options, the client contacted the QX spray booth factory, providing details such as workshop dimensions, the types of vehicles to be painted, expected production capacity, and ideas for the facility upgrade. QX responded promptly, designing the booth dimensions and the heating and filtration systems, and providing 3D layout drawings for approval. Following several rounds of communication and plan revisions, the client placed the order and paid the deposit. The factory manufactured the unit according to the specifications and conducted pre-shipment testing. After the client's final acceptance, the equipment was shipped to Malaysia. QX provided professional installation guidance and technical training, helping the client minimize the time required to bring the new booth into operation and successfully expand its production capacity.
